About us
How It All Started
Sri Ramakrishna Dyeing Works, has its primary processing unit located in Attapadi, Agali in Kerala. The company was started in 1964, by Late Karuppaiah Pillai in Selvapuram, Coimbatore. The company started by supplying dyed tie yarn to the prominent mills of Coimbatore and later expanded into other processes such as mercerising and bleaching. The company later expanded into the current processing unit at Attapadi, which was a result of the determination and hard work of the founder.
Currently, the company is specialised in yarn mercerising, yarn bleaching and yarn dyeing, while providing processing and job orders for a numerous spinning mills and yarn brokers based out of Tamil Nadu and other states across India. The company is situated on the banks of Siruvani River, and this high quality of water results in a superior quality of processed yarn compared to other processing units. The company infrastructure is situated over 2 acres with its own state of the art effluent treatment plant with RO and evaporator system, resulting in zero effluent discharge and thereby preserving the environment.
